2. Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of initial subscription purchase if you haven't used our services
  • Service unavailability lasting more than 24 hours due to technical issues on our end
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial month or unused portion of a subscription after the 14-day period
  • Add-on services or features once they have been activated
  • Custom development or integration services
  • Services already rendered or content already generated

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account details and reason for the refund
  3. Include any relevant documentation or evidence

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and notify you of our decision.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal payments: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellations before the billing cycle: no charges for the next period
  • Mid-cycle cancellations: service continues until the end of the paid period
  • No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
